A stunning white blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Viognier, co-fermented in 400 litre clyvers (ceramic barrels) following individual berry selection. It's wonderfully creamy and soft and packed full of notes of bergamot, white peach, asparagus, mandarin and gooseberry. No single varietal dominates the blend but each shows its individual character. This is super small production, so grab a bottle while you can!
