Delicate ruby red in colour. Slightly sweet, aromatic palate with rich, persistent mousse is accompanied by bright aromas of roses and raspberries and a bittersweet finish.
The grapes underwent one-day cold maceration at 8°C before being gently pressed and fermented at low temperatures to maximise aromatic freshness.
