Cabernet Sauvignon thrives in Chile's warm Central Valley, with long hours of sunshine moderated by cooling ocean breezes. This long growing season helps the grapes to develop a rich concentration of fruit balanced by refreshing acidity. The Dagaz Kowle Cabernet is packed full of ripe cassis, blackcurrant and notes of cedar and toast from the barrel ageing. There's a delicious hint of spice on the finish too. It's a powerful, well structured wine that would be the perfect match with steak.
