Di Maria Prosecco Rose NV
This pretty rosé Prosecco is produced from a blend of Glera and Pinot Noir. Gentle notes of rose and acacia give way to subtle red fruit flavours and a crisp, refreshing finish.
Unlike Champagne, Prosecco gets its bubbles from secondary fermentation in a large stainless steel tank - also known as Charmat Method. This produces that lovely light and fruity style which has become so popular.
