Domaine Thomas is a small nine hectare family run estate in the heart of the Sancerre appellation. A large proportion of these vineyards lie on the famous Silex soils, renowned for producing those classic gooseberry and gun flint aromatics. Small bunch pressing of the grapes also ensures a wonderful clarity of fruit which is further complemented by a fresh lick of acidity on the finish.
