Piquepoul Noir is one of the 13 permitted grapes in Chateauneuf-du-Pape, but it also produces a rather fabulous rosé. Delicate aromas or rose petals on the nose are followed by a crisp and juicy palate, packed with notes of ripe peach, redcurrants and wild strawberry, with fresh citrussy acidity. A superb pink for the summer!
