Gallina de Piel Ikigall 2022
A delicious aromatic blend of three indigenous Spanish white grapes, Xarel-lo (sha-rello), Malvasia de Sitges and Muscat from Penedès, It's fragrant, with subtle notes of orange blossom notes and nectarine, followed by a soft, gentle finish. Ikigall is the perfect aperitif, enjoy with some smoked almonds.
Gallina de Piel was founded by David Seijas, former head sommelier at the 3 Michelin starred El Bulli and winner of the Nariz de Oro (Golden Nose) Award for the best sommelier in Spain!
