Kabbelend Cinsault 2023
Fresh and punchy with a dash of spice. This is a delicious organic Cinsault produced from dry-farmed bush vines on the border of Paarl and Swartland. Low rainfall coupled with the dry farming allows the grapes to develop a superb concentration of flavours. Wild floral notes are intertwined with cranberry and cherry aromatics, while the palate is packed full of ripe red fruits and a little spicy kick on the finish. At 13% abv, it's not too heavy either. Enjoy with a classic beef bourguignon or roast lamb.
