A bolder version of its younger sibling, Love Bite, this fuller bodied Cinsault is rich and velvety with notes of blackberry and dark cherry. Aged in barrel for 10-12 months, there’s a nice dash of spice on the finish. As with all the other New Theory wines, sustainable farming and minimal intervention is at the heart of this wine, and it shows, with a great purity of fruit character on the finish. Enjoy with charred, barbecued and grilled meats.
