Named after the windswept vineyards overlooking the icy Atlantic Ocean, Seasalter is the flagship wine of historic Darling estate, Groote Post.
Classic Sauvignon on the nose with plenty of fresh stone fruit and gooseberry aromatics. The palate is juicy and fruit forward but a dash of Semillon in the blends adds a lovely rounded finish.
