The Ruse Malbec 2024
The vines for The Ruse are planted at altitude on the cooler slopes of the Pyrenees, in the clay and limestone soils of the Haute Vallée de l’Aude. Here, warm sunshine is balanced by cooler nights, creating ideal conditions for a longer, slower ripening period. This extended maturation helps preserve the wine’s freshness while adding depth and complexity.
In the glass, the wine shows bright, vibrant red-fruit character—think cranberries and redcurrants—with just a delicate hint of cocoa in the background. Lively, fresh and beautifully balanced, it’s an effortlessly drinkable wine with real purity and charm.
