We love this trilogy of Malbecs as it shows the grape's versatility to make quality red, rosé and white wine. This is a co-operative project from Bodega Estancia Mendoza which was established in 1980.
The grapes are gently pressed to avoid any skin contact and the clear juice is then fermented into a white wine. It's super fresh and floral with notes of citrus and herbs on the nose followed by a crisp refreshing palate.
