This was rather delicious with yesterday’s leftovers. A gorgeous Italian white made from partially dried Sauvignon Blanc and Garganega grapes. Drying the grapes before fermentation concentrates the flavours, resulting in a rich, fruit filled wine with a lovely soft finish 👌🏼 Price: £10.99
