Andreas is predominantly Syrah with a dash of Mourvedre. Packed full or bright red fruit flavours, strawberries, wild cherry and raspberries, complemented by notes of white pepper and toasty vanilla from time spent in barrel. Perfect with barbecued red meats.
The Andreas wines represent a charming story of two friends who took the winery on as a retirement project. It quite quickly turned into 23 friends and the former winemaker of the famous Chocolate Block from Boekenhoutskloof! Their hard work is now paying off with Michelin starred listings for Lithic Whisperer, and most recently, a finalist in the People's Choice Drink Awards!
