A flagship wine in the Benegas portfolio where the name takes on double-barrel eloquence and authority – Benegas-Lynch, with a historical connection to that great Bordeaux producer.
Virtually black in colour, the nose is a swirling delight of dark fruits, savoury notes and dried flowers. The wine has been aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, followed by 12 months in bottle, delivering wonderful spice, toast and dried fruit aromas and layers of complexity. Drinking now but will age for another 20 years.
