Along with White Stones, White Bones is produced from select Chardonnay vines in Catena's famous Adrianna Vineyard.
Sitting an altitude of around 1450 metres above sea level, cool nights and intense sunlight enables these grapes to ripen to perfection while also retaining balancing acidity.
White Bones is renowned for showing distinctive floral aromatics with an earthy minerality, and that's exactly what you'll get from the 2020 vintage.
It's without a doubt one of Argentina's cult white wines, which is why we don't have very much. For anyone who manages to buy a bottle, please let us know how you get on!
