Founded in 1820 and part of the Champagne Taittinger family since 1955, Champagne Irroy brings together heritage and finesse. The Extra Brut NV is an elegant yet characterful expression, combining aromatic richness with a light, crisp palate. It is vibrant and precise, balancing fruitiness with a refined dryness.
A blend of 30% Chardonnay, 70% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier (which gives structure, richness and a smooth mouthfeel). It is aged for a minimum of two and a half years before release.
Perfect as an aperitif or with shellfish, smoked salmon and oysters.
