This Macon-Villages is from Domaine Chanson, one of Burgundy's leading producers and now owned by Champagne House, Bollinger. Floral and citrus fruits on the nose are followed by a fresh, citrussy palate with some warmer honeyed notes. Will pair perfectly with roast poultry or fresh shellfish.
