The blend is an equal split of all 3 grape varieties, with the Monastrell aged for 4 months in oak, adding a lovely touch and making this wine great will grilled meats.
Aromas of ripe black fruits, hints of spice and a bright and juicy palate. Blackberries and plums work well with the soft tannins, balanced acidity, and a touch of pepper.
