The Malbec grapes for the Indomable are gently pressed to avoid extracting any colour from the skins and the clear juice is drawn off and fermented.
The wine is bright and gently floral, with notes of white flower and white peach on the nose. Fermentation in American oak barrels delivers a creamy, generous mouthfeel.
