There are currently only tiny plantings of Divico in England, but its ability to thrive in the UK's rather damp climate is getting the English wine trade excited! Pattingham are one of only a handful of producers in the UK with plantings and this is a stunning example of how good Divico can be.
In terms of style, the Rudge Heath Divico is packed full of black cherry and bramble fruit aromas wrapped up in a little toasty oak and vanilla from a short period of ageing in French barrels. A superb wine and a great talking point over a Sunday roast!
