This is a delicate, semi-sparkling natural wine from Uruguay made from 100% Tannat. It's juicy and fruit forward with notes of cherry and strawberry. It's fresh and flavoursome and pairs perfectly with charcuterie.
This is a wine that's been made with minimal intervention, respecting the fruit, nature and environment. The project was born out of a desire by three friends to develop a more conscious way of winemaking.
