From some of the best vineyard plots Argentina has to offer, comes the Ver Sacrum Grenache (Garnacha), Syrah, Monastrell (GSM).
The alluvial rock in these vineyards in Los Chacayes and Vista Flores provides excellent drainage, allowing for superb concentration of fruit. The blend is 70% Grenache Noir, 15% Monastrell and 15% Syrah, a classic mediterranean mix.
It's full of rich raspberry and cherry fruit with some gentle spice and herbal notes on the finish. It's elegant, soft and an all round delight. We love it!
