The stunning Los Arbolitos vineyard lies at an altitude of 3600 feet, allowing the grapes to achieve optimum ripeness through the cooling influence at night. The 2018 vintage was blessed with excellent climatic conditions throughout the growing season, producing a rich, layered Chardonnay with notes of apricot, apricot blossoms and white flowers. A little barrel ageing on its lees in French oak adds complexity and structure. Drinking beautifully now.
